best day ever (ish.)!!!! 2 things:
1. today i wore a t-shirt & running shorts to school today & literally all i could think about while i was at school was how bad i wanted to be running along the lake path by my pier & then take a nice swim & lay on the boat. wah. summer get here sooner!
2. in my weightlifting class today i bench maxed 109 lbs! wooot! i probably could’ve done another rep or maybe two but we’re only allowed to do up to 10 reps on a max. it’s so exciting to finally see my hard work with strength training pay off. in the beginning of the school year my first bench max (when i first started strength training legitly) was 65 lbs. now i almost doubled it by the end of the school year! ahhh, such a good feeling. i felt amazing afterwards. it motivated me to keep working on strength training throughout the summer & come back & do even better next year (: yayy.
